1. Who we are
Mind To Money Steps ("Mind To Money Steps," "we," "us," or "our") is based in California, USA, and sells educational digital products, including the Mind To Money Starter Bundle. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit mindtomoneysteps.com (the "Site"), buy from us, or receive our emails.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details, such as your name, email address, and (if requested at checkout) phone number.
- Order details, such as what you bought, the price, and the date of purchase.
- Billing information. Payment card details are entered directly into our payment processor's secure checkout. We do not receive or store your full card number.
- Messages you send us, for example when you email us for support.
Information collected automatically
- Technical data, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and the pages you request. Our hosting provider records this in standard server logs.
- Checkout and security data. Our checkout provider may use cookies and tools such as Google reCAPTCHA to process your order and prevent fraud and spam.
- Email engagement data, such as whether an email we send was delivered or opened, if our email tools record it.
3. How we use your information
- To process your payment and deliver your purchase, including your access and download emails.
- To provide customer support and respond to your questions.
- To send marketing emails, such as tips, new lessons, and offers (see Marketing emails).
- To keep the Site and checkout secure and to prevent fraud and abuse.
- To understand what's working and improve our products and Site.
- To comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and to enforce our Terms.
4. Marketing emails
When you buy from us or sign up, we may send you emails with tips, new lessons, product updates, and offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also opt out by emailing mindtomoneysteps@gmail.com. Even if you unsubscribe, we may still send emails about your purchase, such as receipts and access information.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We share information only with service providers who help us run our business, and only as needed for them to do their work:
- Website hosting: Hostinger hosts the Site and keeps server logs.
- Checkout, customer records, and email: GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) runs our checkout and stores customer records, and we use it to send emails.
- Payment processing: our payment processor (such as Stripe) processes card payments under its own privacy policy.
- Google provides the fonts on our Site, reCAPTCHA at checkout, and the welcome video player (YouTube).
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or sale of assets.
6. Cookies and tracking
Our sales page does not use advertising cookies or analytics tracking. A few third-party features may set cookies or collect technical data when you use them:
- Welcome video: the video player loads from YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode only after you press play.
- Checkout: our checkout and payment providers use cookies and similar technologies to process payments, keep transactions secure, and prevent fraud.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but checkout may not work properly without them. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy first.
Do Not Track. We do not track visitors across other websites, so we don't change our practices in response to "Do Not Track" browser signals.
7. How long we keep it
We keep order and customer records for as long as needed to provide your purchase, support you, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. We keep marketing contact details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. After that, we delete the information or keep it only as the law requires.
8. Security
We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and payments are processed over encrypted connections. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
9. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we have about you, or give you a copy;
- Correct information that's wrong;
- Delete your information (we may keep some records where the law requires, such as transaction records); and
- Stop sending you marketing emails.
To make a request, email mindtomoneysteps@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it, and we will respond within the time the law requires. Depending on where you live (for example in the EU or UK), you may have additional rights, such as objecting to certain processing or complaining to your local data protection authority.
10. California privacy rights
If you live in California, you may have the right, depending on the law that applies, to know what personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it; to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information; and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. We will not discriminate against you for using your privacy rights.
Shine the Light. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.
To use any of these rights, email mindtomoneysteps@gmail.com.
11. Children's privacy
Our Site and products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Purchases are intended for adults 18 and older. If you think a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Where your information is processed
We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. By using the Site, you understand that your information may be processed outside your home country.
13. Links to other websites
The Site may link to other websites and services. Their own privacy policies apply to them, not this one.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we may also let you know by email or with a notice on the Site.
